Ct125 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the ct125 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are binding on all registered ct125 users.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the ct125 platform in any capacity, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by ct125 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use ct125, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- Be at least 18 years at the time of registration.
- Reside in a region where the use of such platforms is permitted under local law.
- Have not previously been banned by ct125 from using this platform.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Ct125 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who are unable to verify their registration information may be subject to temporary suspension or account closure.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of all terms.
- Ct125 may request identity verification.
- These Terms are enforceable under Malaysian law.
Account Creation, Security & Account Policies
Registration & One Account Per User
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at ct125. Creating multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. ct125 is not responsible for any losses arising from false or incomplete registration information provided by the user.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ct125 recommends using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ct125 immediately through the provided support channels. ct125 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that was not reported within a reasonable timeframe.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ct125 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: suspected fraud or illegal activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, abuse of promotions or bonuses, attempts to manipulate the platform's systems, or failure to verify identity when requested. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. ct125's decision in such matters is final.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a ct125 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party.
- Uploading or distributing any content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or interfere with the security or functionality of ct125's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial criminal activity.
- Disclosing or sharing another user's account information without authorisation.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account closure, reporting to the relevant authorities, and legal proceedings where necessary.
Platform Intellectual Property
All content on the ct125 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and related materials — is the exclusive property of ct125 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without written permission from ct125. Limited personal use for non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided it does not infringe on copyright.
Payments, Transactions & Liability Limits
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on ct125 — including deposits, withdrawals, and winnings — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ct125 does not directly accept or process any foreign currency. Any currency conversion, where applicable, is the responsibility of the third-party payment provider used by the user.
Deposits are typically credited within a short timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may take 1 to 3 business days. ct125 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if there are security concerns or additional verification requirements.
Ct125 Limitation of Liability
Ct125 is not liable for any financial losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or any indirect damages suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including unavoidable technical disruptions, system errors, or transaction delays.
The ct125 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users bear full responsibility for all betting and financial decisions made through this platform.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The ct125 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. ct125 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Right to Amend Terms
Ct125 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest effective date will be stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ct125 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted only to the minimum extent necessary, with all remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.
